Having been with Accenture during its exponential growth from 80,000 to 700,000 employees globally, I have firsthand experience navigating the complexities of scaling operations, integrating acquisitions, and fostering innovation while maintaining agility.

Throughout my tenure, I have played a key role in numerous M&A initiatives, optimising post-merger integrations, and implementing sustainable operating models. Additionally, my roles in establishing and advising not-for-profits has reinforced my ability to drive long-term impact, balancing financial viability with purpose-driven outcomes.
