Bruce Rayment is an accomplished Board Director, strategic business leader, and CEO with over two decades of experience driving substantial increases in shareholder value. He has a strong track record of consistently delivering sustainable growth and building strong industrial brands in businesses he has touched. He has a proven record of accomplishment of developing and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships while effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels.

Bruce’s last full-time role was 14 years as CEO of the privately owned HVG group of companies, importing and distributing building and construction materials from around the world. Bruce is now consulting and mentoring business executives, assisting, advising and passing on his experience, skills and knowledge. The early stages of Bruce’s career were sales and marketing roles with lubricant specialist Castrol, along with stints at Pepsi Cola Bottlers and Infomedia where he was Marketing Director.

Bruce is currently a committee member of the Dementia Research Community, raising awareness of dementia, and fundraising to help find a cure. Bruce is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Away from work, Bruce is a passionate sport and game fisherman with his family on their boat ‘Avalon’, along with being an Australian Representative Masters Road Cyclist and a Motorsport tragic.
